The more the merrier! It is always good practice that the people who interact with your dog most often, attend trainings. This will help your dog progress more quickly with more hands involved.
We are highly skilled at instructing all learning types and all family members, even the little ones!

This depends on your dog’s age and attention span but this is a good guide to follow:
Typically puppies between 8-16 weeks can handle up to 2 training sessions per day about 15 minutes each. As they begin to mature in that time frame, the training times can increase by 5-10 minutes.
By the time they are 4-6 months, sessions can increase to 35-40 minutes. Older than 6 months, adjust to up to an 1 hour per session.
-
Puppies can begin training at 9-10 weeks old, after they have separated from their mother and have become familiar in their new environment.
No matter the age of your dog, their behaviour still has the potential to change. For older dogs, it is still worth while to set them and you up for success so they can enjoy the rest of their days feeling secure and calm.
